Gearing up for a big hockey tournament this weekend for our oldest. It is his first year in organized hockey and he is SO SUPER excited. He doesn't even care if he scores a goal or if they lose terribly. He is excited about the medal he knows he is going to get afterwards.

I decided to volunteer on the raffle basket committee, mostly because it sounded fun and I know the score clock is above my skill set. Turns out it is fun, and I have to buy the stuff for 2 baskets, a Spa basket and a wine lovers basket. I thought spending other peoples money was going to be a bit more fun though. So far I am just worried that I am buying the wrong things and that no one is going to like them.

All the stuff is due this week so better get on it. Liquor store here I come (for the baskets, not the stress)
